Post Tea Garden Tour Notes

Hello fellow photo-comrades,
Looking back on last weekend's Japanese Tea Garden Tour, Here are some thoughts...

It was good to see some faithful students show up at the band shell ready for action.  Steven finally got his Ritz Academy Certificate that he saw wished for,

and Kiki and Michael were quite helpful in getting the students to get their camera settings ready for the lighting conditions that the foggy morning was giving us.

The assignment of telling your own story with your camera worked well. John  was gettting more ouf of this Canon Bridge camera than he had thought possible, Steven focused on 'a day in the life of a Duck' kind-of-thing, and my friend Awai, went old-school with his Olmpus Pen Film camera.

Looking ahead, I feel fortunate to have a job with Fireside Camera that will be starting  at the end of June.  I'll be finishing up the Ritz Academy School year on June 27th and will continue to let students know about up coming SF Photo Tours.

On that note, here are three proposed tours coming up:

Next tour -- Food Shoot - SF Restaurant - June

Next tour -- Model Shoot - my home - June

Possible Tour -- Botanical Garden - Golden Gate Park - July

Until then, looking forward to being apart of all of your photography and to reading more posts about on the subject.

Cheers,

Paul
